WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
To avail counselling services as a new client at Breakthrough Counselling, get in touch with us by emailing us at breakthroughcounsel@gmail.com. Please be sure to mention important details like your name and your contact details. If you have any additional questions for the therapy process, please feel free to write in, we'd be happy to answer. We aim to reply within 1-2 working days to your query.
WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR EACH SESSION?
We provide therapy at different price points, for everyone. Our prices vary, depending on the therapist you choose as well as for the time zones our therapists are catering to. For international clients, our therapists provide more flexibility, longer hours and more prompt responses, so the prices for individuals based outside India are higher.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY SESSION?
To cancel your therapy session, please contact breakthroughcounsel@gmail.com clearly stating your name and the timings of the session you wish to cancel. We will get back to you at the earliest possible time and make changes in the schedule accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your session up to 12 hrs to the start of your session, there are no cancellation charges, however if you wish to cancel within a 12 hour time period, the entire session fee is charged. Please note that if you have a medical emergency or other urgent extenuating circumstances this cancellation fee is waived, and your session fee will be refunded within 48hrs of the cancellation to the account where the payment was made from.
If there is a cancellation on behalf of the therapist at Breakthrough Counselling the session fees will be refunded with 48hrs of the cancellation to the account where the payment was made from.
HOW CAN I PAY?
At the moment since all our work is exclusively online, we accept online payments only. You can either pay via bank transfer, or through UPI with apps like GPay, PhonePe etc. For international payments, we accept PayPal transactions as well.
Please remember to follow up your payments with a screenshot of your completed transaction, sent either on WhatsApp (+919619681660) or via email.
